Yes and there is a documentary about Bird by Bird author Annie Lamott called "Bird by Bird with Annie" that is supposed to be good, but I haven't seen it.
interesting -- hadn't heard of that. $23 on amazon (though slow going on the shipping) -- I'll have to pick it up one of the birthdays.....
